This is a course in basic computer applications. The course is designed for those who have an interest in gaining knowledge about computers and who have little or no previous experience in the area of computers. Students will attain a good level of competency in the skills which are so highly valued in the office today.

Entry Requirements:
Applicants should have a Leaving Certificate standard of education or equivalent and should be over 18 years of age.
Participants need no previous knowledge or experience with computers or typing.

Successful candidates are eligible to apply for entry to Institutes of Technology through the FETAC Higher Education Links Scheme whereby places are set aside specifically for FETAC graduates on Business courses in these colleges.
