This course is designed for those who wish to develop a high level of skill in the area of office administration and who wish to pursue a career as a receptionist or office administrator. It provides students with the skills required to work efficiently in an office/business environment.

Entry Requirements:
Applicants should have a Leaving Certificate standard of education or equivalent and should be over 18 years of age.
Participants need some previous experience with comptuers or typing.
